Eric Rademakers is a highly skilled and passionate coach, known for his intensity, emotional investment, and deep commitment to player development. Originally from the Netherlands, Eric's love for football began with Ajax during their Champions League-winning years, a passion that has shaped his life and coaching philosophy ever since. Although he started out as a defender in the Dutch youth football system, Eric realized that his true strength lay in coaching. Trained in a football culture where even youth teams were guided by UEFA-licensed coaches, he absorbed high-level football education from an early age. After earning a university degree in hospitality and management, Eric moved to the United States before settling in Kingston, Jamaica, where he became a FIFA B-licensed coach. He has coached at Campion College, UWI Mona, and Arnett Gardens FC, but now dedicates his full attention to Kingston Football Academy and building a professional youth football landscape in Jamaica. Eric dreams of helping young Jamaican players reach the professional level in Europe, and one day, of coaching the Reggae Boyz to the World Cup.

Our Story

About Kingston Football Academy

Founded in 2019, Kingston Football Academy gives boys ages 10–17 a structured, professional pathway across seven competitive age groups — from disciplined weekly training to real match experience and trials with clubs overseas.

We train out of Campion College, the Real Mona FC Complex, and UTech, and run Campion College's own football programs. Our top players get to compete under the Real Mona FC name in club competitions, and committed players travel with us to the USA — with Europe trips for our strongest age groups. We treat every player's profile — their stats, their story, their footage — as seriously as any professional club would.
